Actually, the piece above was originally a work with a different colour palette depicting Mauerpark in the autumn. One day, an editor from the publisher Hakusuisha got in touch to ask if I could change it to reflect a more springtime atmosphere. It sounded like a brilliant idea, so I jumped at the chance. (By the way, I am a huge fan of Hakusuisha). The work shown below is the original version I created.
